Who is Go Charity?
Go Charity is a division of Executive Sports Group based out of New York City. We have come to realize the importance of adding an online auction component to a physical charity event or simply running an online auction in place of a physical event. It’s also a great way to spread the word about your foundation’s cause. So, we decided to create Go Charity.

How do I pay for an item?
After you win an item the credit card assigned to your account will be automatically be charged. If there is a problem with the payment you will be contacted and have three business days to submit valid payment.

How can I just buy an item?
If you see a "Buy Now" button and a price next to the bid button this item can be purchased immediately for the amount next to the "buy" button. If the "buy" button does not appear then you have to participate in the auction.

How do I bid on an item?
Once you find an item you're interested in, it's easy to place a bid. Here's how:

1. To bid on item, you'll need to register first. Then carefully look over the item listing.

2. Click on the More Info button

3. Click on the Place a Bid button

4. Enter your Username and password and then click the Confirm Bid button, or enter a maximum bid in the box above the Confirm Bid button. And you have not placed a bid!

5. That's it! It is that easy. You'll get an e-mail confirming your bid and an e-mail if you are "outbid". And at the end of the listing, you'll receive another e-mail indicating whether you've won the item.

What is a reserve?
Some auctions have a reserve price, a hidden minimum price, on their item. How it works: A reserve price is the minimum price a seller is willing to accept for the item.

As a buyer, you are not shown the reserve price, only whether or not the reserve has been met.

The seller is not obligated to sell the item if the reserve price is not met.

The winning bidder must meet or exceed the reserve price and have the highest bid.

When you're bidding on an item with a Reserve Price, bid as usual, entering the maximum amount you're willing to pay for the item. Watch the label next to the current bid to see whether the reserve price has been met. Until you see that the reserve price has been met, there have been no successful bids in the auction. Once the reserve has been met, the item will sell to the highest bidder when the auction closes.

If your maximum bid is the first to meet or exceed the reserve price, the effective bid displayed will automatically be raised to the reserve price.

Where is my order?
If you are the winning bidder, you will receive a 2nd email from Go Charity within three days of the auction’s close that will include your order’s tracking number. You can then click on the link and follow your order’s progress. All orders are shipped via UPS signature required.

If I win multiple items, will my shipping charges be combined?
Yes, if you are the winner of more than one item, we will make every effort to combine shipping charges to reduce your total charge.

Where can I have my items shipped?
We will only ship items to the billing address of your credit card that you placed on file when you registered with Go Charity. We also require a signature upon receipt of your items so we can confirm that you have safely received your items.

Do you include insurance when shipping the items?
Yes, every item we ship will be professionally packed and include insurance in the case of damage or lost items.

What if I receive my item damaged?
If you receive an item damaged, please contact the number on the receipt immeatiately. We will then quickly have UPS pick up the item from you and deliver it back to Go Charity. The item will quickly be repaired to its “brand new” condition or replaced with the identical item and resent to you at no additional charge. If the item cannot be repaired, you will receive a full 100% refund of all charges placed on your credit card. (Including shipping)

I bought an experience how can I schedule it?
Within three days of the auction’s close, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the information packet that will be sent to you. This packet will include all the appropriate contact information pertaining to your trip or experience.

I have a question about an item. How can I get more info?
To receive information about a specific item at auction please use the "Ask A question" feature found under the picture of the item on the "place a bid" page. You will receive a response within 24 hours. We promise!

How do I manage my account information?
To change your email subscription settings log-in to your account and click on the "My Account " tab and click on the appropriate button.
